OUR HIRING PROCESS

Helping you understand where you are during every step of the hiring process is very important to us. A general explanation of the steps involved in applying for a position and being hired is listed below.

OFFER/
ACCEPTANCE

A qualified candidate will be offered the job. Hire is contingent on successfully passing pre-employment drug test, physical exam and background screening.

Onboarding & Orientation

As a new hire, we will guide you through the process of joining TEAM RALCO.

Upon submittal, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your application to a job opportunity.

Your resume will be evaluated by Human Resources and the Hiring Manager. We are unable to follow up with each candidate on the status of open positions, due to the high volume of applicants that we receive. However, if we need additional information or want to schedule an interview, you will be contacted either by phone or email.
