Please review the terms & conditions below to ensure understanding of how the RALCO Referral Program works:
- We must receive the name and contact information of the referrer before a site visit takes place. To ensure that you are credited for all referrals, please be sure to:
- Provide us the contact information for the person you’re referring. We’ll note/track it in our system and will reach out to the referral to discuss a system and schedule a site visit. You may submit referrals via our website or phone.
OR
- The person you’re referring must state that you referred them when they contact us. We cannot honor referral leads after a site visit has taken place.
- Referral Rewards will be provided in the form of a prepaid gift card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Referral Rewards are awarded on new and complete standby generator installation purchases only.
- Referral Rewards are awarded once the new installation is complete and paid in full. Please allow 6-8 weeks after completion to receive your gift card via mail.
- Only one referral reward will be awarded per new installation.
- The new RALCO Referral Rewards program is effective as of 9/1/23. Any previous referrals cannot be honored under this new program. RALCO reserves the right to end the program at any time, however we will honor any eligible referrals made.
